In November, we announced the winners of the "Arkansas Celebrates My Community" ornament contest. The three Hampton SD winners from that contest received their ornaments today from the Arkansas State Capitol. Their ornaments were displayed at the Capitol during the holidays. Very proud of our Bulldogs!

Huge shoutout to our Bulldog Track Team for an incredible showing at State!
Congratulations to Audrey Bethea, our new double State Champion! She dominated the track, taking home TWO STATE TITLES! She placed first in both the 1600m and 3200m runs! Congratulations to Aeneas Braison for securing 3rd place in the 300m hurdles! Rounding out the top performances, Jakayla Stephens took 8th in the 200m dash and the Bulldog Relay Team-Jakayla Stephens, McKinley Jacobs, Emmy Patterson, and Angelica Bearden- also finished strong in 8th place! Way to go, Bulldogs!

*Jakayla Stephens qualified for State in the 200, placing 1st. Stephens was on the 4x100 team that finished 2nd and qualified for State. She also finished 4th in the 100, 4th in the Long Jump, and 4th in the High Jump.

Due to the threat of severe weather today, the District Baseball and Softball Tournament in Gurdon has been postponed. Action now begins Wednesday, April 29. Hampton Baseball is scheduled for tomorrow at 2:00 PM, while Softball will take the field Thursday at 6:00 PM. Go Bulldogs!

The Softball Game that was scheduled for today has been cancelled.
