I would like to say thank you to all the coaches, students, volunteers and to the community of Hampton. We hosted the 1A-4 Regional Softball / Baseball tournament this weekend and it was a huge success. I am proud to be a part of the Bulldog Nation.

6th Street is directly across from the Tennis Courts at the school. Follow to the ballfields on the right. Parking is available on the south end by the softball field and on the north end by the baseball field.

Regional Tournament Update!
The Regional Tournament for today has been postponed due to inclement weather. We will resume play tomorrow and follow the game schedule that was set for today. This decision was made for the safety of students, faculty, and fans who would be traveling in bad weather today. We will announce Saturdays schedule of games as soon as possible. Please share!
AAA has given permission for the 1A-4 Regional Baseball & Softball games to start as soon as possible due to potential weather issues. After checking the forecast, Game 2 will begin 30 minutes after the conclusion of Game 1. Further decisions will be made for the rest of the games after checking the weather forecast in the morning. Please share!

Hampton Elementary GT Students constructed paper rollercoasters today for competition. This is a fun science activity that demonstrates kinetic and potential energy. #STEM #STEAM #GT
The Hampton HS FBLA had three teams of students compete at the 2024 Arkansas Convention. Seniors Shakara Moore, Matison Williams, and Laken Williams presented in the Broadcasting Journalism event, Juniors Morgan Ogden and Rylee Oliver participated in the Sales Presentation, and Seniors Tianna Moore, Kendall Porter, and Lainie Welch competed in Financial Statement Analysis. Sponsor Courtney Ferrell and HHS Librarian Angie Ferrell took the group up on Sunday, and the teams competed on Monday. Every group did terrific!!! The winners of the events were announced during the general session on Tuesday. Seniors Tianna Moore, Kendall Porter, and Lainie Welch won 1st for the State FBLA for Financial Statement Analysis. HHS FBLA has been invited this summer to represent the state of Arkansas at the National FBLA Conference in Orlando, Florida. Congratulations Bulldogs!

Shaney Hill and Jaret Rushing with the Calhoun County Extension Office came and taught the Kindergarten students about the pine tree and gave kits to make a bird feeder with pinecones, peanut butter, and birdseed to each student. Thank you to Shaney and Jaret!
