2024-25 School Calendar


We would like to welcome our 2024-25 High School Science teacher, Dr. Julie King, PD. Mrs. King has dedicated her life to serving South Arkansans as a pharmacist and in later years as a science teacher. She and her husband have two married daughters and a grand-daughter. Mrs. King says, ”I love learning. I love young people. And I am excited when the two come together!”


We would like to welcome our new Federal Programs Coordinator and K-12 Assistant Principal, Tom Sawyer! Mr. Sawyer has served our District for 18 years. He is married to Shelly Sawyer, resides in Hampton, and is an active member of the community. Mr. Sawyer says, “Hampton has a great school, staff, students, and community. I am excited to serve the district in this position. I am honored that you have given me your support and trust over the years to work with your children. I look forward to a great year!”


We would like to welcome our new 2024-25 SY Kitchen Manager, Crystal Martin! Mrs. Martin is a Hampton native. She has worked for the District for 3 years. She is married with two children. Mrs. Martin is excited to see the new changes in the cafeteria and says, "I look forward to seeing all our students in July".

Elementary School Supply Lists for 2024-25SY!


We would like to welcome our new LEA Supervisor/504 Coordinator/Part-time Speech Pathologist Tammy Sanders. She will serve as the school and educational leader responsible for the development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of special education and 504 students and part-time speech pathologist. Mrs. Sanders is a native of Hampton and has served our district for the past 6 years. She is married to Bryan Sanders and they have two children. Mrs. Sanders says, "I am thankful for the opportunity to serve in this administrative role in the Hampton School District. I look forward to continuing to work with the students, parents, teachers, and other administrators to ensure the best learning experience for all of our students."


Ms. Barbara Moore was recently recognized for 50 years of service to the District in her education career! Thank you for your dedication to our students and staff! Congratulations on an amazing career accomplishment!

We would like to welcome our new 2024-25 Hampton Elementary Principal, Keli Inzer, who has deep roots in the Hampton School District. Mrs. Inzer has dedicated the last seven years to working within our district. She is married to a Hampton native, and they have two daughters. She is committed to working closely with students, staff, and parents to create a nurturing and effective learning environment. Mrs. Inzer says, "It is truly an honor and a longtime dream of mine to serve in this role at our school."

Friday, May 24, 2024, will be a regular school day for make-up testing only. Buses will NOT run on Friday.


On Tuesday April 30, 2024, members of the University of Arkansas at Monticello presented a program to the 5th grade students of Hampton Elementary. Then students were introduced to the instruments that make up a wind band and/or marching band. They were also given a chance to hear the instruments played by the very talented UAM band members. Thank you to the UAM Band members for your time and talent! We look forward to growing our music department!
