20 Hampton High School Students have earned their Recreational UAS Safety Test Certificates this week. This allows them to legally fly a drone for Recreational Purposes. They have learned about aerodynamics, laws pertaining to drones, and how to safely operate a drone. Congratulations!
Have you heard? Our school is getting a calming room! We are one of 75 schools across the state selected for funding from Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield to create creating a calming room. Hampton School District will be filing a 1240 Waiver with the State of Arkansas seeking the ability to begin school prior to August 19. This waiver has no impact on the calendar discussions previously held. This allows the District to start earlier than August 19 to balance the semesters and allow for time for planning and preparation before testing.

Ms. Loveless' Algebra 3 High School Students completed the Linguini Project. They investigated the relationship between the unit circle, Trigonometric functions, and their graphs. #algebra #mathstudents #mathskills
Justin Pennington and Wylon Shadle with ProMed Ambulance stopped by Hampton High School today to drop off "Stop the Bleed" kits. These kits are part of a safety grant and a contribution from ProMed. In the event of a natural disaster or accident at the school, the kits will be used to treat any injuries that might occur. In the future, students will be trained to use the kits to help save lives on our campus.
