Hampton High School students had an exciting visit to South Arkansas College – East Campus this week! They explored all the technical certificates available, from welding to HVAC, and got a hands-on look at careers they can start right after High School.

Hampton High School Seniors had a special Lunch & Learn with the Arkansas National Guard this week, and it was packed with great info.
Students learned about the amazing scholarship opportunities available through the Guard — opportunities that can help pay for college while also building leadership skills, discipline, and career experience that last a lifetime.
Big thanks to the National Guard for investing in our Bulldogs’ futures and showing our seniors new paths to success!

Last week, our HHS student-athletes had the chance to tour Henderson State University — and the Reddies know how to roll out the red carpet! ❤️🖤
From the moment of arrived they saw the personal parking spots reserved for athletes to the extra care and attention shown to our students, it was clear that HSU goes above and beyond for their team.
Our Bulldogs left feeling motivated, inspired, and ready to chase those college athlete dreams. The future is full of opportunities, and we couldn’t be more proud of the way our students represented Hampton!

Aidan also introduced students to the Draft Day app, a super cool tool that helps students connect with local industry jobs and jumpstart their careers. Our students left inspired and ready to take the next step toward their future! 💼✨

Hampton High School's senior class recently completed an informational field trip to the Calhoun County Courthouse. County officials offered a comprehensive tour and detailed presentations on the purpose of each county office and their service to the community.
This initiative is part of the school's effort to prepare students for adult life, covering everything from vehicle assessment to voter registration. Students were instructed in sessions on the judicial system and voter registration. The experience emphasized the significance of civic engagement and the critical roles that local officials play in our lives.
The event's success was made possible by the efforts of County & Circuit Clerk Jeanie Smith, Treasurer Jennifer Beene, Assessor Teresa Carter, and Megan Carter, who spoke on behalf of County Judge Floyd Nutt. We extend our sincere gratitude to all who contributed to this valuable educational outing. #civicengagement #community #HamptonHighSchool

Students at Hampton Elementary School began their day with a special welcome event hosted by Entergy this morning. The "Powering the Next Generation of Arkansas Entergy" initiative brought employees to the school to offer greetings, handshakes, and sweet treats as students entered under the banner hung from bucket trucks. Thank you to Entergy for their commitment to our students.
Red Ribbon Week is scheduled for October 27-31.
Flu Clinic!
Hampton School District will host its flu clinic tomorrow Friday, October 3, 2025. Signed consent forms must be returned to the school office by Friday morning for students to receive the vaccine. If you need a form, Nurse Palese has extra copies, and they are also available in the building offices.
